HoYoverse Just Announced a Monster Hunter - Nodusfall Is a Dark-Fantasy Co-Op Hunt in Unreal Engine 5, With No Anime Styling and Reportedly No Character Gacha
HoYoverse used Gamescom Opening Night Live to world-premiere Nodusfall, a dark-fantasy co-op action RPG built in Unreal Engine 5 with none of the studio's usual anime styling. Players are Weavers hunting corrupted mythic beasts, climbing on them and roping them down in squad fights that look closer to Monster Hunter and Elden Ring: Nightreign than to Genshin Impact. No date, no platforms, and reportedly free-to-play without a character gacha.
