Clockwork Revolution returned to the spotlight at the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 with a new trailer titled The Heist, giving fans another look at inXile Entertainment’s ambitious steampunk RPG.

The trailer brought together a cast of larger-than-life personalities for an elaborate heist, then twisted the timeline — flashing back 25 years to where it all goes wrong. That time-bending hook is the heart of the game: a story-driven RPG where you shift events between two eras to rewrite history in your favour.

Clockwork Revolution is an Xbox console exclusive launching in 2027 on Xbox Series X|S and PC, and it will be available day one on Game Pass.
