The cozy career of buying grimy houses, scrubbing them spotless and flipping them for profit just got a glow-up. House Flipper Remastered Collection launched on June 4, 2026 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, rebuilding developer Frozen District's beloved renovation sim from the studs up.
This is more than a quick coat of paint. The Remastered Collection modernizes the original 2018 hit with improved graphics and overhauled lighting, adds full voice acting, and folds in a revamped storyline - turning what was once a fairly quiet sandbox into something with a bit more narrative glue holding the jobs together.
Every expansion in one toolbox
The big selling point is convenience. Rather than hunting down years of add-ons piecemeal, the Collection bundles the base game with its expansions in a single package, including the fan-favorite HGTV and Apocalypse content, billing itself as the most complete version of House Flipper to date.

Pricing and the loyalty discount
The Remastered Collection carries a base price of $49.99, but Frozen District is rewarding long-time fans: players who already own the original House Flipper and its DLC can upgrade for as little as around $16, depending on how much of the back catalog they already hold. A free Steam playtest that ran from late March helped the studio iron out the remaster ahead of launch.
For newcomers, it is a tidy on-ramp to one of the most relaxing power-fantasies in gaming - there is nothing quite like the satisfaction of a filthy room becoming a showroom. For veterans, the question is whether the new lighting, voice work and story tweaks are worth a return visit. Either way, the toolbox has never been this full.
