2K and Hangar 13 used Summer Game Fest to announce Man of Honor, a new story expansion for Mafia: The Old Country. It rolls in on August 14, 2026 for PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S, extending the prequel's tale of Sicilian organized crime.
The expansion adds two new chapters to Enzo Favara's story, and it carries a deep-cut thrill for series fans: Enzo crosses paths with Ennio Salieri, the main antagonist of Mafia: Definitive Edition. It's a connective tissue moment that ties The Old Country's early-1900s prequel back to the saga long-time players know.
Sicily, winter 1905
Set in the winter of 1905, Man of Honor finds Enzo having proven himself a reliable soldier of the Torrisi crime family. The Don entrusts him with a delicate assignment: assisting Salieri, a “man of honor” recently released from prison — a partnership that promises tension, betrayal and the slow, deliberate violence the rebooted series trades in.
More Old Country
After Mafia: The Old Country's well-received return to the franchise's roots, Man of Honor gives fans a meaningful reason to head back to Sicily this August. It's a focused, story-first expansion — exactly the kind of follow-up the narrative-driven series is built for.
