Vivarium Brings a Breath of Calm to the Xbox Games Showcase - Serenity Forge and Studio Meadowflower's Soft, Dragonfly-Filled World Arrives in 2027

Serenity Forge and Studio Meadowflower revealed Vivarium at the Xbox Games Showcase 2026, a peaceful, softly-styled game launching in 2027 on Xbox, PC, Steam and Epic, with Game Pass and Play Anywhere support.

Amid a showcase full of swords, guns and monsters, Vivarium offered a moment to exhale. Developers Serenity Forge and Studio Meadowflower revealed the game at the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 with a soft art style, a calm atmosphere and dragonflies drifting where other trailers had demons.

The reveal leaned fully into serenity, positioning Vivarium as a gentle, artistic experience — a deliberate counterpoint to the louder spectacle around it. It is the kind of cosy, atmospheric title that tends to find a devoted audience on Game Pass.

Vivarium is coming in 2027 to Xbox Series X|S, PC, Xbox Cloud, Steam and the Epic Games Store, with Game Pass and Xbox Play Anywhere support confirmed.
