Damian is just the first of three new brawlers announced in the April 18 Brawl Talk. Starr Nova follows in May with a dual-form combat system. She fires twin projectiles at range, then dashes through enemies to transform into a stronger melee version of herself, swinging a cone-based sword attack with increased movement speed and the ability to heal by dealing damage.
Bolt rounds out the trio in June, bringing a unique rolling toy mechanic from the Battle Bustez toyline. Bolt gains speed and damage as he rolls, but wall collisions slow him down. His Super cranks up acceleration and adds damage reduction, while leaving a damaging trail behind him.
## My Hero Academia Meets Adidas
The April update packs two major collaborations. A My Hero Academia crossover brings five new skins to the game: All Might El Primo, Tomura Shigaraki Gus, Uravity Janet, Deku Fang, and Bakugo Edgar. Each skin reimagines the brawler through the lens of the iconic anime franchise.
The second collaboration arrives in June with Adidas, introducing the Super Ball game mode. This football-inspired mode features a goalkeeper who actively defends the goal, but players can stun the keeper by dealing enough damage. A new kicking mechanic adds the ability to power shots and chain passes with teammates, creating something that feels closer to an arcade sports game than a traditional Brawl Stars match.
## Bling Gets a Complete Overhaul
The Bling system is getting its most significant rework since launch. The existing Catalog is being removed entirely, replaced by a new Oddities Shop run by Juju. This new shop features rotating bundles that include skins, drops, and progression items, with the notable addition of progression items purchasable with Bling for the first time.
The rework is designed to give players more meaningful choices about how to spend their Bling while introducing a rotating storefront that keeps the shop feeling fresh between updates.
## Quality of Life and Season Launch
Supercell is also rolling out a reporting system for bad behavior in Trophy Games, a favorite friends feature with online notifications, and a notes system for friend management. These are the kinds of unglamorous improvements that quietly make a game more enjoyable to play daily.
The maintenance break that went live today, April 22, is preparing servers for the season launch. Damian arrives April 24, and the Starr Patrol season kicks off with 5v1 boss fights against Void Finx and Void Colette, plus time trial modes for players who clear the higher difficulties.Brawl Stars Drops Its Biggest 2026 Update With Three New Brawlers, a My Hero Academia Crossover, and an Electric Callboy Music Video That Broke the Internet
