Genshin Impact's Version 6.6 - "Luna VII: Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana" - has rolled into its second half, and the headline pull is now live. As of June 9, 2026, the Phase 2 banners are running until June 30, led by the debut of brand-new five-star Lohen alongside a rerun of fan-favourite Pyro Archon Mavuika. HoYoverse's open-world RPG remains free-to-play on iOS, Android, PC and PlayStation.
Lohen arrives as a five-star Cryo polearm user, a weapon-and-element combination that has been notably thin on the ground in the five-star roster. That alone makes her an easy sell for collectors and team-builders alike, slotting into the freeze and melt compositions that have defined so much of the endgame meta across the Luna update cycle.
Lohen and a well-timed Mavuika rerun
Pairing a fresh debut with a strong rerun is classic HoYoverse banner planning, and Mavuika is about as strong as reruns get. The Pyro Archon has been a staple carry since her own debut, so players who missed her the first time - or who want a second copy and her signature weapon - have a clear reason to spend their Primogems this phase. Between the two, Phase 2 covers both the "new and shiny" and the "proven powerhouse" itches.

Where the story stands
Version 6.6 sits within the ongoing Nod-Krai region storyline, the latest chapter in the "Luna" series of updates that has been steadily building toward bigger things. Players are already looking ahead, too: leaks and official teases point to Fatui Harbinger Sandrone, "the Marionette," headlining the following version, with the long-awaited region of Snezhnaya tied to the eventual Version 7.0.
For now, though, the focus is on the present banner. If Lohen's kit has caught your eye, the clock is ticking - Phase 2 of Version 6.6 wraps up on June 30 before the next update takes over.
