Persona 5: The Phantom X Version 4.3 Brings Akihiko Sanada and the Persona 3 Reload Crossover's Finale - 'Met by Moonlight' Adds a Tartarus Update, New Revelation Cards and a Fresh Phantom Pass Season

Version 4.3 launched June 11, 2026, closing out The Phantom X's Persona 3 Reload collab with playable Akihiko Sanada, a Tartarus-themed update, new Revelation Cards and a new Tycoon and Phantom Pass season.

The crossover Persona fans have been buzzing about is reaching its climax. Persona 5: The Phantom X rolled out Version 4.3 on June 11, 2026, delivering the third and final chapter of its Persona 3 Reload collaboration event, "Met by Moonlight" — and with it, the arrival of SEES boxer Akihiko Sanada.

Akihiko joins the Phantom X roster

Akihiko Sanada lands as the newest playable character in the collab, and he fights exactly how longtime Persona 3 fans would hope. His kit revolves around building Grit stacks, which he can then spend on a powerful skill that can knock enemies down and deal massive area-of-effect electric damage to downed foes. He follows Yukari Takeba and the earlier event chapters, rounding out a steady stream of SEES members crossing over into the mobile spin-off.

Tartarus, new cards and a fresh season

Beyond the new five-star, Version 4.3 brings a Tartarus-themed update, a batch of new Revelation Cards to fold into team-building, and a new season for both the Tycoon mode and the Phantom Pass. It is a meaty drop for a live-service title that has leaned hard on high-profile collaborations to keep its calendar feeling event-driven rather than routine.

The Persona 3 Reload tie-in has been one of The Phantom X's most ambitious crossovers yet, threading Atlus' beloved cast through the game's Tokyo with new story beats, animated trailers and a moonlit aesthetic that suits both casts. With "Met by Moonlight" wrapping up, attention now turns to what developer Black Wings and publisher SEGA line up next — but for now, Velvet Room regulars have a new reason to log in on iOS, Android and PC.
