Tamriel’s sticky-fingered specialists are back. At the Xbox Games Showcase 2026, ZeniMax Online Studios revealed The Elder Scrolls Online: Return of the Thieves Guild, fresh content built around one of the MMO’s most beloved factions.

The trailer leaned into the cloak-and-dagger fantasy that ESO players have loved since the original Thieves Guild DLC, promising new heists, intrigue and the kind of larcenous questing that rewards a light touch and a quick escape.
