Four Heroes, One Battle Bus
According to the leaked data, the crossover will introduce skins for four Overwatch heroes: Tracer, D.Va, Genji, and Mercy. All four are reportedly based on their current Overwatch 2 designs, meaning updated visuals rather than legacy looks. The character selection makes sense from a design perspective — Tracer's blink-and-recall kit translates naturally into Fortnite's fast-paced movement, while D.Va's distinctive silhouette and mech association give her instant visual recognition even without the MEKA unit.
Genji's cyber-ninja aesthetic is practically tailor-made for a battle royale skin, and Mercy rounds out the set as one of Overwatch's most recognizable faces.
